At Qorlyraxzorvexal, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of FiveVital Essence products purchased through our website qorlyraxzorvexal.ddd.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Refund Timeline

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:

  • 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods, or
  • 14 days after the day on which you supply evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier

Refund Method

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

5. Return Conditions

Product Condition

You are expected to return products in their original condition. Products should be:

  • Unused and unopened (seal intact)
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and labels attached

Diminished Value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. For health and hygiene reasons, opened supplement products may be subject to a reduced refund or may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please use a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

6. How to Return Products

7. Exceptions to Returns

The following items are not eligible for return:
